Today we read I Spy Santa Claus by Jean Marzollo. On each page of this book we found where all of the little things were hiding at. During our sensory and science activity, we made reindeer onto pot holders. We painted our hand brown and them placed it on the pot holders to let it dry and once it's dry we will decorate or hand to look like a reindeer. Then we used our fine motor skills to practice our cutting skills. We used Santa's beard to practice with and cut the lines in his beard up to his chin. For our math and cognition activity, we took different colored pom poms and matched them to the hats and scarfs of snowmen. We also made sure to use some of the pom poms as the snowman's buttons.
