Today, during circle time we read Chicks and Salsa. For our first small group, we sorted pictures of barns by putting them in number order. For our second small group, we used play-doh cookie cutters that had barn animals on them to explore with play-doh. For our final small group, we traced lines to practice our writing/ fine motor skills. We had a marvelous Monday.

Today, we switched the day up and did our activities in the afternoon! We also learned all about our star of the week! For one of our activities, we colored popsicle sticks and then glued them together to make either a triangle or a square. We also did a number hunt, where we circled the number six every time we found it on our paper. We had a fantastic Friday.
