Happy Monday! This week we are learning about Halloween! Today we read Ten Timid Ghosts by Jennifer O'Connell. In this book, the ten ghosts were scared of the many scary monsters that lived in the haunted house. For our sensory and science activity, we made some Halloween slime. We mixed together a bottle of glue and the slime activator along with some spooky spiders. Our teachers let us feel the squishy slime! Then we used our fine motor skills to lace string through monsters. The monsters we laced included spiders and creepy creatures. During our math and cognition activity, we put together different number Halloween puzzles. We put together a Halloween shark puzzle and a black cat puzzle.
