Today we read Eyes, Nose, Fingers, and Toes by Judy Hindley and illustrated by Brita Granstrom. In this book, we learned a lot more about how we use each part of our body. For our math and cognition activity, we played a game called roll and grab bones. We all had our own dice and we rolled it to see how many Q-tip bones we need to grab. We then used our literacy and fine motor skills to practice writing our names. We wrote our names differently though, and filled in the blanks that were missing letters in our names. During our last activity, we decorated foil mirrors using our sensory and science skills. We made our mirror by using aluminum foil glued onto a piece a paper.
