Today we read If Animals Said I Love You by Ann Whitford Paul and illustrated by David Walker. This book talks about how different animals say I love you to their family members. During our large group activity, we wrote our names in carnival beads using our sensory skills. In a small group, we made a paper plate sombrero. We made our sombrero by gluing a cup and some pom poms to a paper plate by using our fine motor skills. Our math and cognition activity allowed us to balance our bodies to tightrope walk across the motor room. We did this in another small group. We can't get enough of the circus games and we're so excited for more in the next couple days!
