Happy Thursday! Today we read The Little Flower Seed by Sarah Fisch. Clifford the big red dog helps Emily Elizabeth with her garden. They learn how to grow seeds and how important it is to care for the seeds so that they can grow. During our first small group, we did a garden drawing exploration for our sensory and science activity. We talked about what is in a garden and drew different things like flowers, the sun, bugs, grass, and birds. Using our literacy and fine motor skills we practiced writing the number five on our white boards in our other small group. For our large group activity, we used our math and cognition skills to do a number five coloring page. One more day to learn about flowers and we can't wait!

CLC will be having a staff meeting next Monday, May 10th at 4pm. Please pick your child up before this time. 

Our graduation ceremony will be held on Thursday, May 13th at 5:30pm. We will be having our ceremony at the Linn Creek park.
