Happy Friday! It's been such a fun week learning about the circus. Today our blue group read The Nose Book by Al Perkins. This book is about how many of the animals that we see at the circus have a nose just like you and me but their nose might look a little bit different. Our red group read If Animals Said I Love You by Ann Whitford and illustrated by David Walker. This book talks about how different animals say I love you to their family members. During our large group activity, we used our fine motor skill to cut out a balloon shape with paper. We then took our balloons and taped on a piece of string. In our first small group, we used our sensory and science skills to practice writing the number six. We also did a popcorn letter matching in another small group. We matched these letters using our math and cognition skills.
