Our activities today focused on a favorite picnic fruit; watermelon. At circle time we read
The Watermelon Seed. We identified numbers on watermelon slices, and then rolled Play Doh seeds to match in one small group. In our other small group, we created watermelon squishy bags with pink body wash. For our whole group activity, we identified what letter watermelon begins with, and even practiced hole punching seeds to decorate our letters. We had a wonderful Wednesday!
