Today we read Meet the Justice League by Lucy Rosen and illustrated by Steven and Eric Gordon. In this book, the Justice League teams up with one another to help stop a villain from taking over Earth. We also had another water day today where we had much fun running around getting wet from the sprinklers. During our sensory and science activity, we made really big beanstalk lego buildings. We built the legos to see how tall we could get our beanstalk in the sky. Then, we practiced writing the letter N by painting with water on the brick outside. We practiced our writing using our literacy and fine motor skills. For our math and cognition activity, we talked about the qualities of a superhero, what super powers they might have, and what superhero is our favorite.
