Happy Friday! Today we read Animal Homes: A First Look at Animals by Diana James. While reading this book, we learned about how many animals have different homes that look very different from one another. During our large group activity, we practiced writing the letter S on our white boards using our fine motor and literacy skills. For our first small group activity, we went to outside and did a forest animal obstacle course for our cognition activity. When we did this obstacle course we chose different forest animals to act like and we when around the playground acting like those animals. In our other small group, we used our sensory and science skills to explore our forest sensory bin. We took our animals that were in the sensory bin and made the different animal sounds to each other. We have had such a fun week learning about different forest animals.

Our first water day will be on Monday, June 7th. Please make sure you bring in your child's swimwear, a towel, and sunscreen.

CLC will be having a staff meeting on Monday, June 14th at 4pm. Please pick up your child before this time. 

We are having our Night GLOW 5K Run/Walk on Friday, June 18th. Today is the last day to pre-register so make sure your pre-register before 5pm today.
