Today we read First Snow by Bernette Ford and illustrated by Sebastien Braun. For our math and cognition group, we counted how many icicles were on a card and recognized what number corresponded to the number of icicles. We then used our fine motor skills to cut out the letter 'Q' for our letter of the week creation. During our sensory and science activity, we did a science recipe called instant ice. In our instant ice experiment we took ice cubes and put them on top of an upside-down bowl and then took very cold water that was almost frozen and slowly poured it onto the ice cubes. The water made the ice cubes stick to the bottom of the bowl.

Friendly Reminders:

CLC will be closed on Monday, January 18th in observance of Martin Luther King day.
