To continue our week's theme, we read There Was an Old Lady Who Swallowed a Clover at circle time. In our first small group activity, we worked on letter recognition by identifying letters on stickers and matching them to the letters on our shamrocks. We played a version of musical shamrocks in the motor room for our second small group. We walked around our circle, and when the music stopped, we identified numbers and shapes on the shamrocks we landed on. Lastly, as our third group, we explored lucky leprechaun rocks. We used our hands and vinegar to break apart the rocks to reveal hidden treasures! The bubbles were an added treat to our gold coin and colorful gem findings! We had a great Tuesday!
