Today, during circle time, we read One Mitten. For our first small group, we identified numbers on mittens and then put the corresponding amount of buttons on them. For our second small group, we talked about the difference between gloves and mittens. Then, we put on one mitten or glove and held ice in both hands to compare which one felt colder. For our final and large group, we laced paper mittens with our letter of the week (N) on them.
