Today, during circle time, we read The Night Before Thanksgiving. For our first small group activity, we practiced our fine motor skills by lacing beads onto feathers! For our second small group activity, we matched feathers to their turkeys by matching the shapes on the feathers to the shapes on the turkeys. For our final and large group, we finger painted and made pictures of pies. We even used pumpkin spice to make our pictures seem like real pies! After activities, we played outside until it was time to start our Family Feast. We filled our tummies with yummy food and spent time with friends and family. We had a terrific Tuesday.
