We had lots of fun and visitors today! Our star of the week's mother joined us for breakfast. She even read us a story and played for a little bit out on the playground! At circle time, we read Mouse Paint. We enjoyed identifying the colors from the book. We also had a blast playing dress up at playtime! For our first small group activity, we identified numbers on mice and put beads on their tails as we counted. We took turns hiding a mouse and describing its position to our friends for our second small group. Together, as a large group, we used our fingers and hands to paint mouse pictures, all the while talking about the colors we made as we mixed the paint. Then, our star of the week's grandmother joined us for lunch! It was a wonderful Wednesday!
