Today, was our January cultural day! We explored Switzerland! During circle time we read Footprints in the Snow. During one of our small groups we used pieces of white and red paper to create the Switzerland flag! For our other small group we used blocks to build our own Appalachian Mountains, like you'd see in Switzerland! For our large group we played with shaving cream, and we added blue sparkly paint into it! We made shapes, letters, and a mess of course! Lastly, for part of our gross motor skills, we did the Cha Cha Slide! We had a terrific day!
