Today, during circle time we read I'm Still in The Bath. For our first small group activity, we put glitter and lotion on our hands like germs, and then practiced washing them off. For our second small group activity, we sorted foods by whether they were healthy or unhealthy for our bodies. For our final small group, we practiced tracing our letter of the week "H", and talked about words that started with that letter. We had a terrific Tuesday.

Today, during circle time we read You Think it's Easy Being the Tooth Fairy? For our first small group activity, we identified the number on a tooth and then put that many cavities on each tooth with a dry erase marker. We then used a toothbrush to clean the cavities off to make the teeth happy! For our second small group, we used combs to paint pictures. For our final small group, we cleaned the yellow off of a picture of teeth and identified the letter that was underneath it. We also had a surprise visit from the health department where we learned about water safety and how to put on life jackets! We had a marvelous Monday.

Today, during circle time we learned all about Ireland, and watched a short video all about the Irish culture. For our first small group, we got to explore in a bucket of lucky charms. For our second
 small group, we glued ripped up paper to make the Ireland flag. For our final small group, we got to match the skittles with the colors on the rainbow. We had a lucky Thursday.

Today, during circle time we read Jack and The Leprechaun. For our first small group activity, we used paint dotters to decorate shamrocks. For our second small group activity, we counted gold coins and then used clothes pins to identify the number that corresponded with the amount. For our final small group we, used dry erase markers to practice tracing the letter P, for St. Patrick. We had a wonderful Wednesday.

Today, during circle time we read There Once Was an Old Lady Who Swallowed a Clover. For our first small group, we did process art and painted clovers by squishing paint in a bag. For our second small group, we matched letters on clovers. For our final small group, we practiced tracing numbers one through ten. We had a terrific Tuesday.

Today, during circle time we read How to Catch a Leprechaun. For our first small group activity, we used cookie cutters shaped like shamrocks to paint a picture. For our second small group, we matched shapes on pots of gold! For our final small group, we traced a shamrock and then got to color it whatever color we wanted. We had a marvelous Monday.
