Today, during circle time we read The Teeny Weeny Tadpole. For one of our small groups, we jumped like frogs, and then measured how far we jumped. For our other small group we made the life of a frog with pom-pon balls and different colored green paper. For our large group, we painted with frog feet! We had a terrific day. Also, don't forget that this Friday from 6-7:30pm is our Step Ahead Celebration, and we'd love to see you all there!

Today, during circle time we read Scoot. For one of our small groups we explored fish eggs in the sensory bin. For our other small group we played a turtle game! We took turns rolling dice to decide which shade of green our turtle was gonna be, and then we put it in it's corresponding pond. For our large group, we practiced our lacing skills by lacing with turtle shells! We had an awesome day. Also, don't forget our Step Ahead Celebration is this Friday at 6 until 7:30, and we'd love to see you all there.

Today, during circle time we read Good Morning, Pond. For one of our small groups we used magnifying-glasses to investigate pond water. For our other small group we chose little rubber duckies, and identified the shape on the bottom of them. For our large group, we made our own ponds out of play-dough and pebbles. We had a super fun day! Also, don't forget that this Friday is our Step Ahead Celebration at 6-7:30PM, and we'd love to see all of you there!

Today, during circle time we read Wind. For one of our small groups we used straws to blow feathers down the table, and then measured how far they went. For our other small group, we did a science experiment using ice cold and hot water! For our large group, we painted and used ice cubes as our paint brushes. We had a fantastic Friday.

Today, during circle time we read Weather. For one of our small groups we made tornadoes in a bottle! For our other small group we made our names out of snow balls. We put white stickers over the dots that made up the letters in our names. For our last small group, we played in puddles. We jumped from puddle to puddle in numerical order. We had an amazing day!
