What We Did Today!

Today we had lots of fun! We sang, made music,built with blocks, drove our cars around, pretended, and played! As we do just about everyday we talked a lot about playing together and taking turns with our friends. We welcomed a new little friend today and were all very excited about our new friend!                           

What We Did Today

We were busy little bees today! We read lots of books. Our favorite today was We're Going on a Bear Hunt. We exercised our gross motor skills by climbing in and out of a box and on our motor blocks. We practiced our fine motor skills with a fun activity using tongs and measuring spoons to pick up and scoop pom-pom balls and move them from a basket to a muffin pan or ice cube tray.

Today we welcomed everyone back from Christmas break. We were all glad to be back and see our friends again. It was great to see how our baby friends grew over our short break! We sang, danced, made music and played. We had an exciting day!

What We Did Today!

Today we did a lot of holiday arts and crafts. We used our hands and feet to make some momentous keepsakes for our families. We can't wait to send them home tomorrow! We also read My Santa Claus, sang Christmas songs and did a snow dance.

Reindeer & Dancing

Today was such a fun day at school.

 We went on a reindeer hunt! Ms Daria had hidden reindeer all over the room. The Children had a blast trying to find them all.

After our reindeer hunt we wanted to get into some Christmas spirit. So we put on some upbeat Christmas music. We played music and danced for quite awhile. We grabbed out our bells and was dancing around the room shaking our jingle bells. Before we knew it we had to wash up for lunch.  Their favorite song was Jingle Bell Rock by Alvin and the Chipmunks.

Christmas is Here!

Today we had quite a fun day at school. We were working on getting our final Christmas tree decorations done. We sang a few christmas song like Rudolph The Red Nose Reindeer.  We even got to test out our new play dough we made last week. Only thing was that our friends thought it was pretty tasty.
