Today, during circle time we read Everyone is Unique and Special. For our first small group we laced Chinese dragons. For our second small group we sorted noodles by their color. Finally, for our final small group we polished pennies! We used vinegar and salt to get all the germs off our pennies, and to make them shiny and clean. We had an amazing day!

Today for activities we did three small groups! For our first group, we put numbered puzzles together and they made dragons! For our second small group, we laced beads on dragons, and for our third group we hid our coins inside our play doh. Today was a great day!

Today, during circle time we read Eats. Shoots. Leaves. For our first small group, we did an experiment with vinegar, baking soda, water, rice, and green food coloring. After we mixed everything together it made the rice dance! For our second small group we sorted Chinese coins by their size. Finally, for our large group we used chop sticks and pom-poms to paint a picture. We had an amazing day.

Today, during circle time we read Freight Train. For our first small group we created patterns using, football helmets, whistles, and jerseys. For our second small group we explored the sensory bin, and it contained our rice turf and football players! For our final small group we chose footballs out of a cup that had letters on them, and after we identified the letter we flicked field goals! We also got to listen to our star of the week share her  all about me board with her parents! We had a fantastic Friday.

Today, during circle time we read No More Hitting for Little Hamster! During our first small group we matched footballs with letters on them to their matching goal post with the same letter. For our second small group we matched football helmets by color. For our final small group we made turf by coloring rice green. To do so we used rubbing alcohol and kool-aid mix! We had a super fun day.

Today, during circle time we read Game Day.  During our first small group we traced numbers on jerseys, and then decorated them. For our second small group, we experimented by using a football and a piece of wood to lift a heavy jug of water! For our large group we matched stickers to letters on a football field. We had an amazing day.
