We are glad to be back from our three day weekend. This week we are learning about friends and feelings. Today we read the book Quiet, Loud by Leslie Patricelli. While reading this book, we talked about how our friends and feeling can make us be loud or quiet. During our first activity, we used our fine motor skills to draw shapes on our drawing boards. After we drew a shape we would recognize each of the shapes using our math and cognition skills. For our sensory and science activity, we made faces on our playdough feelings mats. We made all different kinds of feelings on the faces using our playdough.
