We are so glad to all be back from Spring Break last week. This week we are learning all about eggs, chicks, and bunnies. During our story time, we read I Need an Easter Egg by Harriet Ziefert. n this book the little rabbit goes on an adventure to find an Easter egg for his grandma. Little rabbit goes around his little town asking different animals if they lay the Easter eggs. For our activities, we picked a piece of paper out of a bag and had to find all of the eggs that were hidden outside that had that same number. We were able to find the correct number by using our math and cognition skills. We then came inside and found another four eggs and once we had eight eggs total we sat in our chairs. We then used our fine motor skills to open up our eggs and pickup what was hidden inside them. Our science and sensory activity was searching for the eggs that were hidden.
