Today we read The Best Thanksgiving Ever! by Teddy Slater.  Then, we danced to our favorite Thanksgiving songs.  Next, we got into small groups for activities.  For math and cognition, we put dollops (cotton balls) of whipped cream on pictures of pumpkin pies.  Each pumpkin pie had a number on it, showing how many dollops of whipped cream each slice gets.  For literacy and fine motor, we colored coffee filters for our "turkey feathers".  For sensory and science, Ms. Megan sprayed water on the coffee filters to spread the color.  We have paper clip turkey bodies we will attach it to when it dries to make whole turkeys.

Friendly Reminders:

CLC will be having our scavenger hunt on November 21st.  You can sign up on our website if you want to join in on the fun! Let us know if you have any questions.

CLC will be closed November 25th-27th for Thanksgiving Break.
