Today we read Shape by Henry Arthur Pluckrose at circle time. Once we finished circle time, we got into small groups to do our activities. In one of our groups, we took a nature walk outside and looked for shapes in nature such as the bricks on the side of our building or the shrubs that are shaped as a circle. For our math and cognition group, we counted the number of sides on shapes. In our fine motor and literacy group, we talked about what we wanted to make for our letter of the week creation.

Friendly Reminders:

Due to this year's circumstances, we will not be able to host our Family Forum that was scheduled for October 7th. We will be sending home a project to do with your child.

We will be closed Friday, October 23rd for a Teacher Work Day. 

Please remember to make sure your child had a light jacket as the season is changing.
