Today we read The Very Hungry Caterpillar by Eric Carle. For math and cognition, we did a caterpillar segments counting and counted the number of segments a caterpillar has. During our sensory and science group, we looked in our Eric Carle sensory bin that had different Eric Carle things in it. Our last activity had us use our literacy and fine motor skills to lace a hungry caterpillar through an apple. We also praticed writing the letter 'H' because 'H' is for hungry caterpillar.
