Today was another great day! During our math and cognition activity, we collected objects to build houses with just like the three little pigs did. The objects we decided to build the houses with were wooden blocks, foam blocks, and magnet tiles. We then took these blocks and used our sensory and science skills to make the houses and we tried blowing them down after we built them. We also had a Three Little Pigs storytime discussion in our literacy and fine motor group. After that Miss Ashley visited us from the MU Health Extension. During her visit, we matched different vegetables on a sheet of paper. We also tried a radish slice because we have been watering our radishes that we have growing and we wanted to know what we were growing. Later on, we read Peter Pan by Shogo Hirata.
