Today at circle time we read Peppa in Space by Scholastic Inc. and illustrated by Eone. For math and cognition, we played a counting stars game. Then we made paper rockets during our sensory and science group. We made the rockets out of tubes that we colored and decorated with stickers. Then we made a cone for the top of the rocket and cut some paper for the bottom of the rocket so it looked like is was flying. Then we talked about our letter of the week, 'R' is for rocket ship in our literacy and fine motor group.
