To end our week, we read The Lost Dinosaur Bone during our circle time. We didn't do activities today, but we did get to examine the eggs we used on Monday! First, we got a fresh egg and talked about what happens when they crack. Then, we took our "dino" eggs out of the vinegar and got to see how the shells are soft now. We tried to bounce them gently to see what happened, and then we got to break them open! It was really neat to see how the eggs were different after sitting in vinegar for four days. Since it was too wet and cold to play outside, we got to try out our new Handy Bands and do fun exercises with them! We also got to learn all about our Star of the Week and he shared his favorite book and toys with us! We had an egg-cellent day!
