During circle time, we read Animal Strike at the Zoo: It's True. As the first small group activity, we identified common zoo animals and then sorted them by size. We worked on our listening skills and positional words by moving animal pictures to given directions. Then, all together, we built our very own zoos! We used Play Doh and craft sticks to create cages and fences for the animals. Due to the rain this morning, we had extra play time indoors and even had a few scooter races! We had a great Wednesday!
