Today, at circle time, we listened to Jack and the Beanstalk. After that, we reviewed the story we read yesterday and then discussed familiar elements of fairy tales. For our first small group activity, we worked our small muscles by lacing magical harps. We built castles above the shaving cream "clouds" in the sensory bin as our second activity. In the last small group, we played a counting game.  We worked together to count our "magic beans," and then after some were hidden, we tried to figure out how many were missing. Before our day was done, we sang to celebrate a friend's birthday! It was a terrific Tuesday!
