It's beginning to look a lot more like Christmas, with the continuance of our Holiday themed activities and books! We got to read The Christmas Countdown for circle time, before we started our small group activities. For our first small group activity, we stuck tissue paper onto contact paper that was cut in the shape of an ornament. For our second small group activity, we used our finger prints and ink to create stripes on our candy canes. For our final and large group activity, we identified shapes and then matched them to their spots on Christmas trees to create "Shapemas" trees! We had a merry Monday!
