Today, during circle time out on the playground, we read The Apple Countdown. For our first small group, we picked apples off the apple tree, and used the letters on them to spell our names. For our second small group, we used cinnamon sticks as pencils and wrote the letter "E e" in applesauce. For our final and large group, we got to try different colored apples, and then we used a chart to see which one was voted most popular! We had a fantastic Friday.
