Today, for circle time, we read along with a video of the book called Red, White, and Boom! During our first small group activity, we popped bubble wrap and talked about how it sounded similar to fireworks! For our second small group, we matched stars to the dots on flags and then identified the numbers written. For our large group, we decorated the letter A with red, blue, and gold stars after discussing the sounds that the letter A makes. We had a booming good day.
