Today, during circle time Mrs. Ashley taught us about milk, and we got to all try some yogurt. For our first small group we matched footballs, and counted how many lines for lacing they had. For our second small group we paint-dotted the letter U. For our large group we painted by using pom-pons and footballs. We had an awesome day.

 No better way to eat yogurt than face first!

During circle time today, we looked at the book Game Day. We discussed what we knew about football, such as what players wear, what coaches use, and how the field looks. As our first small group activity, we matched shapes to footballs with the same shapes. Next, for our second small group, we laced white ribbon through football shapes. Lastly, we finger painted tape resist footballs with textured brown paint, that consisted of shaving cream and sand. We had a marvelous Monday!

Today, during circle time we read I'm Your Bus. During our first small group, we traced our names onto license plates. For our second small group we matched road signs with their shape, and then walked a crossed the bubble wrap road. For our large group we made different types of things that go out of shapes. Some of us made trucks or boats and some of us even made ice-cream trucks. We had a fantastic Friday.

Today during circle time, we read If I Could Drive a Fire Truck. During our first small group,  we washed cars in the sensory bin. For our second small group, we played a matching game with pictures of things that go! For our final small group ,we drove cars on lines that were different types of curvy. We had a super fun day.

Today, during circle time we read Backhoe Joe. For our first small group we drove cars, trains, and planes down ramps of different sizes. For our second small group we played red light, yellow light, red light, and pretended we were cars that approached stop-lights. For our large group we painted with tractors, planes, and cars. We had an amazing day.

Today, during circle time Mrs. Ashely came to visit and discussed fruits with us. For our first small group we rescued cars from ice by using hammers to break them out, and we also did car puzzles while we waited our turn. For our second small group we sang the transportation song and chose toys that were in the song, and then discussed what they look like. For our final small group we matched different forms of transportation by how they transport, like planes fly in the air and boats float through the water. We had an awesome day.
