Today, during circle time we read I'm a Big Digger. For our first small group we filled dump trucks and other types of construction work trucks with rocks. We started counting how many rocks we could fill, until we realized they could hold a bunch of rocks! For our other small group we used a scale to see how many tools we could put on each side to make it balanced. For our large group we played a game like I-Spy. We were given a letter, and then had to find an object that started with that letter in the pile! We had an awesome day.
