Today, during circle time we read Polar Animals All Year Long. Shortly after circle time, we got a surprise visit from Mrs. Coli from the library. She read to us about clouds and how they sometimes look like other objects or even animals! For one of our small groups, we sorted animals by the ones who do like snow, and the ones who do not like snow. For our other small group we sorted pebbles that had letters of the alphabet written on them, into their corresponding spot on the muffin pans. For our large group we used shapes and play-dough to see what impressions were left on the play-dough after pushing the shapes into it. We had a fantastic day!
