This week we are talking about shapes and colors! Today, we read Buttons, Buttons. We helped read the book by naming the colors and shapes of the buttons. Next, we laced colorful shape buttons onto shoelaces and fuzzy sticks. We also explore colors on the light table using transparent colored circles and rectangles. It was really neat when they were overlapped because they would make a new color! Later, we play an "I spy" game searching for certain shapes and colors.

We had to shut the light off so you could see what we were using. This was really neat!
