Today, we read Little Blue and Little Yellow. Next, we did a teamwork painting activity. We put a paper on a tray and then blue paint on one end and yellow on the other end. Each friend grabbed an end and slowly tilted the tray back and forth causing the marbles to roll and mix the paint. We discovered that when that happened we made green just like in our book! We explored pictures of children with different emotions. We labeled each, made the face for the emotion, talked about things that made us feel certain emotions, and even learned the sign for some. We also transferred water using basters from cup to cup and talked about our cups being full or empty. We had a fun day!
