Today was water day! We had so much fun playing in the water! We also did a great job of taking turns with the squirt bottles, going down the slide, and sitting in the sensory tub! 

We also connected link beads, did circle pattern puzzles, danced and read books!

 Don't forget tomorrow is the CLC Family Picnic from 3-5pm, so we close at 2:45pm. 

We hope to see all of our families there!

Today, we sang "Wheels on the Bus" and read Slide and Seek Shapes! We explored shaving cream and drew circles in it with our fingers. Next, we explored shape sorting boxes! We also played on the playground! 

Tomorrow is water day! Bring swim diapers (if needed), suits, towels and sunscreen!

Today, we read A Red Ribbon Day and Fun at the Fair! We glued together lion faces and acrobat painted in the net swing in the motor room! On the playground, we played ball, rode in the wagon, blew bubbles and drew with chalk. We also connected links and did puzzles! We had such a fun circus week! Don't forget we are closed on Monday for Memorial Day! Have a safe and fun weekend!

Today, we read Five Tumbling Tigers and roared like tigers at a circus show! Next, we explored colored water and oil sensory bags. Then, we laced train beads. Later, we colored with chalk on the easel and laced felt squares onto silly straws. We also played with the parachute!

 

H brought her chair next to her friend L's chair so they could sit by each other! Too cute!

Wednesday we read Circus Train! We explored different lids and containers and then we explored tactile balloons that had glass beads, corn meal, macaroni, and bird seed. We also pretended with our different circus animal puppets!

Today, we read Circus and Clowns! Next, we passed around circus sensory cups! We smelled cotton candy, popcorn, peanuts, and grass! Then, we did circle pattern puzzles! Later, we used paint dot markers to decorate clown hats! We also played flippy bowl on the playground!

This week is Circus week! Today, we read Disney Babies Go to the Circus! Next, we connected duck links together and made cotton candy paintings! Then, we went outside to play on the playground and blow bubbles!

Today, we read Bear on a Bike! We painted campfires by using marshmallows on craft sticks as our brushes. One of us liked tearing the marshmallow apart and squeezing it! We also matched toy animals to pictures of real woodland animals. We had a great day!
