This week is Five Senses week! Today was our "touch and feel" day, so we read Clifford's Touch and Feel Day. Next, we explored tactile balloons. They were in pairs by colors and texture. Two balloons had birdseed inside, two had macaroni noodles, two had cornmeal, and two had glass beads. It was fun to explore the textures, colors, and the sounds the balloons made when we squeezed them. We also explored our "touch and feel" bucket. It had items that were hard, soft, squishy, pokey, scratchy, and smooth. We had a fun day!
