Today we made an outer space college with circle planets and stars. We read Stars, Stars, Stars and sang "Outer Space ABC'S".  We sorted the planets by size on the felt board. During art we did a three step project; first we poked holes in a Styrofoam balls, next we made a mixture of paint and flour, and last we painted over our Styrofoam balls making moons! In the motor room, we pretended we were blasting off into space in a rocket ship tent. We also worked with glittery galaxy play dough. It was fantastic day!
