Today, we danced to Toddler Radio songs. "10 Little Ducks" was our favorite one to dance and hop to.  At circle time, we talked more about squares and pointed out squares around the classroom. We also read I Love Mud and Mud Loves Me. We explored nails, screws, nuts and bolts by feeling them and discovered that they were hard, cold, and pointy. One little friend figured out how to twist the nut on the bolt. We put them into bottles to make sensory bottles and then decided to shake them. Next, we explore paint samples. We named the colors and grouped the different shades of each color and then stuck them onto contact paper. We also played outside, played catch, and water painted on cardboard! We had a fun day!
