This week we are learning shapes and the color purple. We sang the "Shape Song" and read "Shapes Slide and Seek". We did a geometry jump moving our bodies from shape to shape as Miss Daria called them out. This helps with listening and responding and helps our toddlers to recognize shapes. We also painted circles today with paper towel tubes. During snack time we celebrated one of our little friends turning two! Happy Birthday! Also, thank you to the parents who donated new puzzles to our classroom!
