Today we read Brown Bear, Brown Bear What Do You See? and did puzzles with the animals from the book. We painted with a four different utensils to see what kind of markings they would make. We also transferred pom poms with tongs and scoops to practice our fine motor skills, read books to each other, played with our animals and explored the items in the sensory table. Have a good week and a safe 4th of July!

Today, we sang "Here We Go Round the Picnic Basket" and read Llama Llama Hoppity Hop. We painted with condiment bottles by squirting them onto a paper and then ,because of our globs of paint, we folded the paper hamburger style and spread the paint that was in between the paper around. We were all so fascinated when we unfolded the paper to see how our painting had turned out. We also made patterns with pictures of ants and watermelon, explored a new activity made of gumballs and pop bottles, and put pipe cleaners through small holes in a container. On the playground, we played frisbee! Happy Friday!
